Support response times

    Hi there,

    I'm thinking about buying a Diamond Windows Shared Hosting Package.

    Can you tell me please what a typical response time might be for support if required at any time after purchasing.

    Hi Rebus,
    Support times for me have been outstanding. I can even remember having problems around 1am in the morning, submiting a ticket and it being replied to within 10 minutes.
    Carl and his team do a fantastic job :thumbup1:
