Not finding asp page

    Hi

    A website that I completed a while ago is now having problems with the contact form. When I click submit it goes to find the asp page but comes up with a 500 error but the page is there when I look through ftp. Have any settings changed recently?

    500 is an internal server error. Are you sure you mail server details and and any com objects are referenced right?

    I assume so as it was working before. I'm not sure why it can't run the page.

    Is Classic ASP enabled for the domain under Web Site Settings in Helm?

    If you are using IE go to Tools, Internet Options, Advance and make sure the "Show Friendly HTTP error messages" is unticked. This will display more info on the error.

    It changed quite a while ago so you had to use localhost as the mail details, did you update it back then?
