There are some fantastic free programs on the internet that allow you to create good looking buttons and navigation bars. Again, try Google :smilie:
Those buttons are images, open the image in photoshop or similar and change the white background to your blue.
had a go with photoshop AT but couldn't work it out i made a couple of buttons that wasn't to bad for my first go anyway found this http://www.grsites.com/generate/category/2/ and made a couple of buttons, spot on now ! sorry if your are not suppose to post links my head is buzzing with all this web stuff thank you all :thumbup1:
