Installing new Forum

I am trying to add a forum to a site I maintain but it's been so long since I done, I can't get round a problem.

I have set up a database in HELM for the forum but at the Database settings in PHPBB install I am getting the error:

"Could not connect to the database, see error message below. Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)"

Anyone suggest how to get round it?

The database server is not localhost it should be mysql5.ourwindowsnetwork.com, so I'm guessing your connection settings are wrong
