This post is about some important billing and invoicing changes, we will be sending out this out in an email tomorrow morning to all customers.
Invoicing Changes
As you are aware, we have always handled aspects of billing & invoicing via Helm (Reminders, Invoices & Receipts) due to some internal accounting changes our invoicing process has changed. Invoices sent via Helm will no longer be official invoices. Official invoices will only be processed via our own internal accountancy package.
From now if you require an official invoice for your own records (i.e. if you are a business) you will need to take the following steps:

Step 1:
Look for the invoice number on the invoice sent from Helm.
Step 2:
Contact Accounts & Billing via the Helpdesk quoting the "CSNMRec.X" number from the Helm receipt and state that you require an official invoice for your purchase.
Step 3:
We will send you the official invoice as a PDF document, with a real invoice number.

Please note invoices will not be sent within a few hours of requesting them it can take up to 2 days while we input all the transactions from Helm into our accounting package, in certain cases a lot quicker. They may be longer delays over the next few days while we input existing transactions into the new system.
Credit & Debit Cards now Accepted!
After many weeks of paperwork, contracts and integration we are pleased to announce we can now accept direct Credit & Debit Cards without the need for PayPal or Nochex. When making a payment using our new system your bank statements will show "CS New Media, Stockton". We use VelocityPay to process our payments.
We can accept the following credit/debit cards securely:
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Switch & Solo

Payments can be made via normal inside Helm "Billing" > "Make Payment".
Direct Bank Transfer Changes
We have also moved our banking to Natwest, customers making payments via bank transfer previously using the HSBC account details will no longer be able to do so. Our new details are as follows:
Bank: Natwest
Account Holder: CS New Media
Sort Code: 60-24-77
Account Number: 18364764These details have been changed in Helm.
Cheque Payments
Customers paying via Cheque will need to make the cheque payable to "CS New Media" and send it to our normal postal address. We do recommend making use electronic payment methods.
Other Information
Existing payment methods, Nochex, PayPal, Postal Order will remain we have no plans to change this. Our website will be updated shortly to show our new methods of payment.
