VAT Increase from 1st January 2010
As you may be aware, from 1st January 2010 the rate of VAT will increase from 15% to 17.5%. As a result of this any invoices issued on or after 1st January 2010 will have VAT added onto them at the new rate of 17.5% (if applicable).
If you pay for your services with us via standing order, please ensure the standing order is updated to reflect the new rate of VAT. If you are unsure of this new amount please contact us.
Christmas & New Year Support
Over the Christmas & New Year Holiday period we will be monitoring all our servers as normal 24x7. If there is a problem, we will be alerted and take action as usual. Support response times for non-urgent tickets may be a bit longer over the holiday period, but you will always receive a respo nse to your enquiries.
Where possible, we do ask that any non-urgent queries are left until after the main holidays (25th & 26th December and the 1st January), but if you need your issue looked at immediately then please do not hesitate to contact us in the normal way via our web-based Helpdesk.
This year instead of sending out Christmas cards, we will be making a donation to our chosen charity the Alzheimer’s Society, the UK’s leading support services and research charity for people with all forms of dementia and those who care for them.

We would like to thank all our customers for your business throughout 2009, and to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a successful year in 2010.
Warm Regards,
