Hi guys,

I curtrently host a selection of website on a Heart Internet Reseller Account, however it seems to me that they arent performing as well as they should.

Their admin panel i always very slow ad I have lost count of the times that a website has been hanging for ages, yet they claim nothing is wrong, yet 5 minutes later, their status states there is a problem. Honesty would be nice!

It would be a real pain in the backside to move everyone over unless there are definite benefits.

Not really sure what my question is, just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat?

Hi Gary,

Sorry to hear you are having problems with your current provider.

We do have problems at times but we always look into them as soon as we are made aware of them either via our monitoring or another customer. We also publicly post about these problems on our server status blog (http://www.csnmstatus.com) to keep customers informed.

We don't overload servers with thousands of domains like some providers do, we run a multi-server network this means some services such as MySQL, MS-SQL, mail, DNS & FTP are on different servers rather than putting all services on the same server. Which helps sites run much faster as they have more power.
