My hotmail didn't receive the password reminder

Hi,

My hotmail didn't receive the password reminder. I even check my junk mail, there is no such thing like password reminder.

I have 2 accounts in CS New Media, one is binded with my yahoo mail account another one is the hotmail account. Since I remember the password, so I use password reminder. However, only my yahoo account receive the reminder.

Carl, can you sent the password manually to my hotmail,not by the password reminder since it doesn't work?

I have done it. However, Carl didn't make the 2nd reply after the first approach failed.
