I don't know about everyone else, but the whole suite of domains gets me confused if I'm not on my computer...
What I mean is:
the forum address is: www.csnmforums.com
support is: www.csnewmediasupport.co.uk
status is www.csnmstatus.com
main website is: www.csnewmedia.co.uk

I just get lost trying to remember what is what... do I type csnm or csnewmedia is it .co.uk, is it .com

Wouldn't it be easier and clearer to simplu have:
forum.csnewmedia.co.uk
support.csnewmedia.co.uk
status.csnewmedia.co.uk

or csnm.com/.co.uk instead but one TLD and csnm or csnewmedia??

I'm sure there are reasons, just interested why not use sub-domains and DNS to point to these locations?

I sort of remember forum url now, but as the support link isn't required that much I forget! :ninja:

:D

It does all look confusing now you have posted it all.

We did originally used to use the sub-domains, but we moved the Helpdesk/Forums/Status off-site so in the event there is a problem with the servers/network you can always get in touch with us.

I'll get some re-directs setup tomorrow though to make things easier for you, although all these links are on the website.
