PC System Restarting

My friend has a PC system and it randomly restarts, I thought it was overheating but due to replacing all the fans it still continues to do it.

The only thing I can think of is RAM issues, correct ?

And is there any other faults it could be ?

Sounds like a heat problem, check the heatsink is fitted correctly to the CPU.

May be a power supply issue.
May also be a HD or Ram as you say, have a look in the event logs to see if anything is being logged just before it reboots.
