Forum Software Recommendation?

Hi, I need to put a forum into a ASP .NET website. I've looked at Instant ASP's Instant Forum http://www.instantasp.co.uk/ but am concerned about the support - they don't even anwser pre-sales queries.

Does anyone have any experience with InstantForum.net, is it OK or can you recommend better? Preferably .NET.
