1. Is there support for Visual Studio 2005 ReportViewer Control?

2. Can user take backup of their databases themselves?

3. Is there any way to backup and download complete site including databases.

4. Is there any way to limit Mailbox size of my customers? one way is to give web admin access in Smarter Mail.

5. My hosting with CS New Media is how anonymous to my clients.

1. Is there support for Visual Studio 2005 ReportViewer Control?We don't support ReportViewer Control at the moment I'm afraid.

2. Can user take backup of their databases themselves?Yes, using MyLittleBackup for MS-SQL and also PHPMyAdmin for MySQL.

3. Is there any way to backup and download complete site including databases.You can only backup databases at the moment.

4. Is there any way to limit Mailbox size of my customers? one way is to give web admin access in Smarter Mail.No this is not possible in the current version of Helm.

5. My hosting with CS New Media is how anonymous to my clients.Our branding is not mentioned anywhere to your customers, also control panel addresses, MySQL / MS-SQL links and so on are also unbranded using a generic domain with ID protect so it shows none of our details. You can also have your own personal nameservers i.e. ns1.yourdomain.com
