Forum Problems

I have had some problems with my forum and was wondering if I were to delete all the files, and then upload the latest version, will I be able to install my database that will still have my usernames and posts, etc?

Don't most forums / webapps have an upgrade script? If so this usually makes the necessary database structure updates.

You can always try uploading the latest version into a different directory, but pointing it at the same database (I am not liable if it breaks! :eek:)

Have you tried the forum's support site?
