For the Resellers/Web Designers out there, I beta tested a new application before it's release.
It's called Desklamp: http://www.getdesklamp.com/
It acts like a studio extranet, in fact the domain you get will be companyname.studioextranet.com
It enables you to store client details/contact details and to attach hosting/domains details to each contact.
Also it allows you to easily prepare a quote, convert it to a job and then to an invoice easily, it is possible to email these directly to the client.
You can change and save different quote and invoice templates.
There is a free version, which I think can be good for people starting out, as it helps them get organised.
Check it out it's worth it.
And no, even though I spent many months beta testing it, I do not get anything for writing this, even I have to pay for my account !!
