Its starting to become very annoying and irritating & personally i'm getting sick seeing it .
As you know carl - i've never been one to tip toe and dance around what i want to say and honesty can be quite brutal at times :-)

Forums are not normally used for support is that they are harder to monitor - requests could go un-noticed as the forums get busier.............
Thats why there is a helpdesk!!

Afraid it's staying we need some sort of statement so new members know not to post account issues etc.

Your right about not losing any sleep over it - i'll just stop checking the forum every day and that way i wont see it .

How does the box display on your system? Can you screenshot to show me? On mine it's not very big at all.

personally there is nothing wrong with it, think it might just be someone being picky.
