Auto-billing & Credit/Debit Cards now accepted
Our new Credit & Debit Card system is now live on our Windows Billing System. This means we can now accept the following card types:
Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Switch.

We will also still have available; PayPal, UK Cheque, UK Bank Transfer, UK Bank Transfer. We will also have Nochex available but support for Nochex will be removed in the next few weeks.
Previously all invoices had to be paid manually via (Billing > Make Payment) inside Helm. We have now introduced auto-billing following many requests for it, auto-billing allows us to securely charge your credit or debit card on file on the invoice due date for products such as hosting and domain registrations. The credit/debit card you add on file can also be used manually to pay for any value added services such as web hosting add-ons/SSL certificates etc.
In order for us to auto-bill your card, you must first add your credit or debit card to Helm.
1. Log into the Helm Control Panel (https://control.ourhelmcp.com)
2. Click Billing
3. Go to manage credit cards
4. Click add new card
5. Select the card type and click next
6. Complete the card details including registered card address.
NOTE: If you add more than one credit/debit card please ensure you make one of your cards as the "default". A more detailed guide on adding a credit/debit card to Helm can be found by clicking here (https://www.csnewmediasupport.co.uk/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=288&nav=0,5).
"CS New Media, Stockton On Tees" will be printed on your bank statement.
