VS 2005 and Vista

I am on my fourth attempt with Vista, for some reason I keep coming back to it to have another go.
I know the benefits over XP are marginal but I think I like the challenge. :blink:

I was just wondering if anyone else was using it as their developing environment and how did you find it?

I was having trouble with IIS debugging so I switched back to XP. Then I see there is a patch released for it http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;937523

I use VS2005 standard on Vista with no problems, although I don't use IIS just the included development web server. Have you installed SP1 and the Vista service pack for VS2005?

Like screwsoft I code with VS2005 on Vista without a problem... but I also dont use IIS, just the built-in dev server.
