Hello,

Not sure if any of you ever require promotional materials, coasters, mugs, mouse mats etc.

Today I received some mouse mats, coasters, mugs and a CSNM clock from Datacom UK (http://shop.datacomuk.co.uk/) (who host with us :thumbup1:) No minimum order required. The quality and finish on all the products we got was superb. They even helped with the art work at no charge.

I'm in no way affiliated to them nor do I receive commission, it's just the first time I've been happy with promotional materials from a supplier.

Hi,

I run DatacomUK. Many thanks for the praise. ALL our customers are treated the same - dont be thinking you get special treatment just so that you dont cut our email off ;) That said, since we switched over to CSN there has been no problems at all, nothing but a helpful service.
Whilst our main business is IT support, but due to the fact that promo items in small quantities are almost impossible to source, and found this a major problem when starting out, I bit the bullet, spent some money and here we are! all items have no miniumum order. So if you wanted a single name badge you could have one, likewise if you wanted 1000 coasters or mouse mats you could have those too.
Prices assumes artwork is ready for print but we will help out if any resizing or small amounts of editing are needed - usually for free. If you need a complete design service we also offer this now as well (not free unfortunately but very reasonable).

Regards

Had a look and there are some good prices. Quick question though what are your delivery costs? Also no paypals?

You can pay using PayPal, that's how I paid.

I paid £8.99 for delivery (speedy delivery too!) but I bought quite a lot, and a lot of it was in boxes (i.e. mugs).

Hi,

You can pay by card or paypal - if you prefer you can send in a cheque.
Postage rates are calculated by weight. Actually, thinking about it I would have thought Carls delivery would have been £4.99 - I'll check this tomorrow and refund if needed.
Up to 0.2kg is £1.99
up to .45kg is £2.99
up to .95 is £4.99
up to 10 is £8.99
10-15 is £14.99
15-30 is £19.99

and so on - basically small orders are royal mail, over about a kg or so are courier. If you get to checkout and the postage seems way out, please, please let me know!

Regards
