From 8.00pm this evening [29th March 2007] our Helpdesk will be unavailable while we migrate it to a new server, new domain secured with SSL off our current network.

Due to the size of the MySQL database the Helpdesk uses we do not expect this to be complete until midnight this evening.

During this time our Helpdesk, Live Chat and Knowledge base will be unavailable. If you have an urgent issue please contact us at the temporary address techsupport@csnewmedia.co.uk OR utilise the customer forums.

The Helpdesk Maintenance/Migration is now complete.

Our Helpdesk can be accessed via https://www.csnewmediasupport.co.uk and is now fully secure and hosted off the main UK network so in the event our UK network goes down you will always be able to contact us.
