Introducing MyLittleBackup – MS-SQL Database Backups & Restores

Since the launch of MS-SQL 2005 at CS New Media, customers wanting to backup or restore an MS-SQL 2005 database
have always needed to send us a Helpdesk ticket to have this completed.
Following customer feedback we have purchased the excellent ‘MyLittleBackup’ which solves the problem of contacting us via
the Helpdesk to backup or restore a MS-SQL database – customers now have the facility to do it themselves!

Launch of CSNMReg – Automatic Domain Registrations
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We are pleased to announce the immediate release of CSNMReg or ‘CS New Media Domain Registrations’. CSNMReg allows the
registration and transfer of domain names automatically within a few minutes.
Included with domain registrations at CSNMReg is, free email forwarding, free web forwarding, free DNS management along with ID Protect
at an additional cost something we have previously not been able to offer.

Customer Survey 2007 – What do you want to see?

Last year we sent out a survey to all customers asking what they wanted to see from CS New Media, we had many requests including
MySQL 5, MS-SQL 2005, PHP 5 and Linux Hosting. Many of these requests where fulfilled as we do listen and take customer feedback very seriously.
We would really appreciate if you could take a few seconds to complete our 2007 Customer Survey, depending on demand
we do hope to introduce these new features. The survey can be found at:
