Really nice Carl, Exactly what I wanted.

Restoring to a different server is a little more complicated than usual -
the following may help:

For SQL Server 2005, Select the existing database, Select Tasks > Restore with the right mouse button, locate and select the backup file.

Lastly in the left pane select OPTIONS and select 'overwrite the existing database'
